You'll have access to me throughout our coaching journey to answer questions you have as they come up or if you want to pick my brain about anything.

1: Project Management
Your brain is holding all the details, to-do’s, to-don’t’s, and OMG-I-Forgots. No more. Task number 1 is to set up a system to manage current and future projects, using great software.
Outcome: I’ll teach you my project management system, and help you adapt it to your unique needs, and we’ll select the right software together. Then you’ll apply the system to your current projects, ready to replicate for future clients too.
2. Process Design
There’s no better way of overcoming the blank page than a process that you follow each time. Far from restricting creativity, a solid project process empowers our imagination and ensures we deliver what we promise.
Outcome: A process that makes work predictable, exciting, and marketable to your clients. You’ll document the entire thing, so you’re never left guessing. If you ever bring someone on to help, this will make onboarding super easy.
3. Workload Management
Having a manageable workload is much more than learning to say no. It’s about creating a workflow that, well, works. And it also has to be enjoyable, because that’s why we’re self-employed, right? This session will be all about using our systems and processes to create the perfect work week.
Outcome: A predictable workweek. More importantly, a work-stress-free home life. You’ll plan a week you’ll enjoy, and that will get your clients their project on time, and to a high standard.
4. Client Management
Ever felt like your whole precious workday was spent emailing clients, responding to leads, and repeating yourself? In this session, we’ll create systems for leads, onboard new clients, and manage current clients.
Outcome: We’ll create a system for managing the people who make your work possible. You’ll create a library of personal-sounding but repeatable templates that’ll reduce your communication time so you can keep creating.
5. Pricing + Proposal Design
We’ll find the best way for you to price your work and send proposals to potential clients. With accessibility and your ideal client in mind, this will bring what you want to earn, and how you earn it into alignment.
Outcome: Easier quoting and more natural selling based of your valuable process. You’ll create a new way to deliver project proposals that makes quoting more efficient, accurate, and communicates the value of your process to clients.
6. Review + Plan Ahead
When you’re in the day-to-day of the business, it’s hard to look toward the future with a big vision. In this session we’ll look back over the last 12 weeks and review how far you’ve come. Then we’ll do some goal setting so you continue to move forward using your new systems and processes.
Outcome: At this point, work-life will be more predictable, and enjoyable, and projects will be running smoothly. This session will leave you with big goals for the bright future of your business.

About me
Hi, I'm Boris Kezic 
I’m a Graphic Designer and Creative Business Coach living in Sydney, Australia. I work for myself, with my clients, and I love it.
The journey to this place started after 10 years of working at various agencies and in-house teams.
Working in agencies was cool, but it had its limitations. I loved the work, hated the timesheets, and always wanted to do my own thing, my own way.
In 2017, I finally took the leap and ditched my 9 to 5 to start Metcon Creative, designing brands and websites for fitness professionals.
Like most newly minted full-time freelancers, I ran into the same problems: Getting clients. Managing my time. Delivering projects. Getting paid. And handling the uncertainty and stress that comes with working for yourself.
So I got to work figuring out the business side of things. I read everything I could, experimented with different methods, hired mentors, and put together a system and process that works.
Then I taught it to other freelancers I know, and it helped them as much as it helped me. And I know it can help you.
I wanted this freelance life to work for me. And now it does.
I work fewer hours than I did in my agency jobs. I make twice as much money. I don’t work weekends. I rarely work late. And I have Wednesdays off (FridaysOff sounds better though, doesn’t it?).
